1How can I place an order?
To purchase your preferred watch, add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button. You may then continue shopping or check your cart’s contents by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner. On the cart section you can see the watch (or watches) you have chosen, as well as the quantity and price. To complete your order, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button. Once transferred to the checkout page, you can either log in to your account (if you have already created an account on our online store), or continue as a Guest (no account required) and enter your personal details. Then you must confirm that you agree with our Terms & Conditions and click on the “Place Order” button. Once the order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received and is being processed.
2What is included in the prices?
Our prices include all applicable taxes/fees. The shipping cost is not included in the prices. Currently shipping is free of charge for all orders.
3How can I create an account?
To create your personal account on our online store, please visit My Account
page and enter your email address and desired password in the Register section.
4Is it mandatory to create an account?
No, it is not mandatory to create an account to shop. You can always shop with us as a Guest. However, creating an account comes loaded with multiple benefits like faster checkout and access to your order history & status.
5What is the payment method?
You can pay for your order via PayPal. If you have a PayPal account you can simply complete your order by logging in and authorising the payment for your order. If you do not have a PayPal account and wish to make the payment for your order with your credit card, you can do so by using PayPal’s guest checkout option. All major credit cards are accepted.
6I didn't receive the confirmation email for my order. What should I do?
If you placed an order but did not receive the confirmation email, please check the Spam folder of your email. If you use Gmail, please also check the Social and Promotions tabs to make sure the confirmation email is not there. Then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve the issue.
7I have lost my account password. What should I do?
If you have lost your account password and you can’t log in, please visit My Account
page and click on the “Lost your password?” link in the Login section. Instructions for creating a new password will be sent to your email address.
8Can I order a customized watch?
If you wish to order a custom Hook George watch to perfectly suit your personal mood and style, please contact us at email@example.com to make your watch one of a kind.
9Can I order by email or phone?
We accept orders by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone at +30 2103240021 (Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00 EET). You can also use our contact form
to get in touch with us. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
10How will I be informed that my order has been shipped?
Once the order processing is completed, we will send you an email to let you know that it is ready for delivery to the courier company. Then the courier company will receive it from us to transfer it to the address you provided. We will also send you the order's tracking code so that you can follow the progress of delivery.
11Can I cancel an order I have placed?
You can cancel an order you have placed as long as the order has not yet been invoiced or delivered to the courier company for shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com with the exact details of your order.
In case you have already received your order and you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal (valid for 14 calendar days from delivery), please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with the exact details of your order, to further inform you about the process.
Please note that orders for customized/personalized watches can't be cancelled or returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
